More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the images.

Furthermore included in this latest image drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
